Programme details.
Registration and eligible introductions
You must be registered and have agreed the programme terms before submitting an introduction. PEP must confirm eligibility in writing, including whether the opportunity is already known, under discussion or attributed to another introducer. Registration alone does not create an entitlement to payment.
How the referral payment is calculated
The rate is 2% of the gross value of the resulting eligible PEP contract, excluding VAT. It is calculated on contract value, before deduction of PEP’s costs, rather than profit or savings. The written agreement will identify the qualifying contract and how variations, cancellations, refunds, renewals and additional work are treated; these are not automatically included.
Payment arrangements and tax
The written agreement will set out when the fee becomes payable, invoicing requirements and how client payments or instalments affect payment timing. No payment deadline is promised on this page. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and any VAT requirements relating to your referral fee. An enquiry or introduction does not guarantee a contract or earnings.
Responsible introductions and conflicts of interest
Obtain permission before sharing someone’s contact details and disclose the referral arrangement where appropriate. Declare any employment, procurement or other conflict of interest to PEP before making an introduction. Do not participate where your duties, employer’s policies or applicable rules prohibit a referral payment. No fee is offered for improperly influencing a procurement decision; normal procurement requirements continue to apply.
Your relationship with PEP
Ambassadors act as independent introducers. Registration does not create employment or authority to negotiate, make commitments or enter into contracts on PEP’s behalf. This page summarises the programme; the written agreement governs eligibility, payment and the parties’ responsibilities.
